One-recipient starting point: A matching request authorizes LAREALTi to review it and share it initially with one licensed real estate professional serving the selected area. We ask before sending it to another professional.
Information we collect
We may collect identifiers and contact information (name, email, optional phone), request details (intent, ZIP code, timeline, property or neighborhood context), communication preferences, separately versioned consent records, and technical/security data needed to prevent abuse. We do not request Social Security numbers, payment cards, or financial documents in the initial form.
Submission-only campaign attribution
If a visitor arrives through a tagged campaign link, the form temporarily keeps only the first same-brand landing path, referring domain, and sanitized utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content labels in that browser tab. Those labels are sent only when the visitor deliberately submits a request. LAREALTi does not use this feature for page-view tracking, cross-site identity, advertising profiles, or a tracking cookie.
Why we collect it
We use information to respond, prepare a match, deliver the request to the professional you authorized, secure the service, keep a durable request and consent history, comply with law, measure service quality, and identify which submitted campaign request paths are useful.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, protect forms from abuse, store request and consent records, and deliver operational email. They process information for those limited purposes under our instructions. A normal visit to a public page does not create a lead record or read the lead database.
Optional education emails
If you separately check the optional box, we record that consent version and time and schedule three LAREALTi decision-preparation emails over about 10 days. This choice is not required for matching. Each message includes an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe header. Unsubscribing stops the sequence; withdrawing contact permission, requesting deletion, or entering the suppression list also stops it. We store a hashed unsubscribe token and operational delivery events, and use our email delivery provider to send the messages.
Separately confirmed target-date reminders
If you deliberately submit the optional reminder form, we collect the email, target move date, language, exact consent version, security data, and confirmation status solely to manage three approximate 60-, 30-, and 7-day planning prompts. No reminder is scheduled until you confirm through the private email link. We clear the usable email after completion, cancellation, suppression, failed confirmation delivery, or an unconfirmed request's seven-day expiry; we retain minimized consent, token-hash, suppression, and append-only operational evidence as approved to honor choices and resolve disputes. Stopping reminders does not change a separate matching request.
Sale or sharing
LAREALTi may receive compensation for providing an authorized request to one participating real estate professional. California law may treat some transfers as a sale or sharing. You may opt out before or after submitting through our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Retention
Request, consent, attribution, routing, suppression, email-sequence, and confirmed date-reminder records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for response, compliance, campaign review, dispute prevention, honoring privacy choices, and agreed partner reporting. Records are minimized or deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for those purposes. An unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained as needed to honor the choice.
Your choices
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit certain uses, and opt out of sale or sharing. Email privacy@larealti.com. We will verify requests proportionately and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
